Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

Hampton Inn is one of my favorite hotels. Seneca Falls location is close to wine country. Traveling 30 minutes to an hour you can reach most trails and lakes. Room: room was okay and standard as other Hamptons. Water pressure was good. The wall paper was coming off in the bath room. A/C unit sounded like an ocean wave is hitting the room. Food: One reason I stay at Hampton is the free breakfast which is standard among all these hotels. This hotels breakfast was just okay. Nothing stood out for the weekdays menu except the scones which were good. The sausage was paper thin, and charred may be it was reheated couple of times. Sliced sausages on weekend was also burned. Eggs, waffle, bacon all were okay.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff are both amazing. The attention to detail and cleanliness was very much appreciated

Picked this hotel based on proximity to casino & shuttle service. Check in was good, they accommodated our request to change floors to be near other travelling friends. Hotel was clean. AC unit was a bit loud for sleeping. Liked the common area with tall, long table easily fitting 6 adults playing cards & visiting post-concert. Light breakfast included, would have been elevated if they had scrambled eggs to go with the sausage & taters. Feel it was overall a good experience & value.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast from 6am-10am. They offer free shuttle to the Del Lago Casino. Pool area is nice and the water was perfect temperature. They have a small modern gym. Rooms are nice; chair, desk, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, good shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. If you need other amenities they have some down at the desk upon request. They also have a little selection of snacks for purchase.

Stayed for New Year's Eve. Everyone we met that worked there was great. Ashton and Lisa at the desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and reasonabley priced. We went to the casino up the street for the New Year celebration. The Hampton had a shuttle that ran all night on the 1/2hour. Ran to 2am. The driver was pleasant and right on time for pickups. They had a free breakfast, but we couldn't get up in time to try it. Convinent location to the casino and finger lakes. Worth a try.

Larkin was the BEST here. If you call, ask for her. She helped me get a block together with a bereavement rate for my family while we were all in town together for my Aunt's Funeral. She got us rooms all together on the same floor which was so nice for the kiddos to be with their cousins. The indoor pool could have been warmer but it was very nice and clean with lots of towels, nice sitting area and super nice gym! Very impressed for a Hampton Inn. Super close to a gas station before we got back on the road to VA. Rooms were on the smaller side but comfortable beds and clean rooms, lots of towels, will stay here again if we ever need to go to Seneca Falls again!

Located at the top of the lake, this hotel was quiet and tucked back off the road a bit. Prices were average for the area. Our digital key would not work on the room door but did work for the side door of the hotel some we had to go back downstairs for a room key. The staff was friendly rooms were clean and our bed was comfortable. They had a coffee maker and a microwave in the room, and we did like the setup. They also offered a hot breakfast with smoked sausage, real potatoes, 2 kinds of waffles, and more. We will definitely keep this on our list for next year.

Nice hotel, quiet, good location, priced fairly, clean. They have a shuttle to the local casino. Only complaint is the shuttle driver was a really miserable older guy. I would recommend replacing him if you can he really does not represent the hotel very well. He clearly hates his job. I have stayed at several other hotels that offer shuttles to local points of interest. Havent seen a shuttle driver act like this before. Time for him to retire and go away!
